Mint Rims can be used on all types of wheels – painted, clear-coated, anodized, chrome-plated, or polished, as well as on brake calipers. Like all Auto Finesse products, it is a professional product, but extremely easy to use even for novice users.

1. Wash the wheels thoroughly. If there is brake dust, use Auto Finesse Iron Out and a detailing brush.
   

2. Dry the wheels and let them cool completely.
   

3. Apply a thin layer of Mint Rims with a foam applicator.
   

4. Allow the product to dry for 5–10 minutes.
   

5. Buff with a clean microfiber cloth.
   

6. Allow the layer to cure for a minimum of 60 minutes before applying a second layer.
   

For maximum wax durability, use a pH-neutral shampoo, such as Auto Finesse Revolution, which nourishes the protective layer.
