Orders and Delivery

  • How do I place an order?

Select the products, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method. After confirmation, you will receive an email with your order details.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is carried out by Speedy courier company. For orders under 50 EUR, the price is 5 EUR. From 50 to 100 EUR, the price is 2.50 EUR. For orders over 195 BGN (100 EUR), delivery is free.

  • How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery time is up to 3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

Currently, we only deliver within the territory of Bulgaria.

  • Can I pick up my order at a Speedy office?

Yes, when placing your order you can choose delivery to an office, address, or automat.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following methods:
Cash on delivery — you pay upon receipt to the courier
Bank card — Visa, Mastercard through a secure platform
Google Pay — fast payment via phone
Installments - through TBI Bank

  • Is it safe to pay by card?

Yes. All card payments are processed through a certified payment platform with encryption. We do not store your card details.

  • Do you issue invoices?

Yes, you can request an invoice when ordering. For corporate orders, you can fill in the invoicing details in the notes field when ordering or contact us.

Warranty and Returns

  • What is the product warranty?

All products have a standard manufacturer's warranty according to the conditions of the respective manufacturer. The specific period is indicated in the characteristics of each product (usually 24 or 36 months for technical equipment).

  • What happens if a product breaks down within the warranty period?

Contact us and we will process the case. Defective products are sent to us for inspection, after which they are repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

  • Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason. The product must be in its original packaging and in a condition allowing resale.

  • How do I return a product?

Contact us by phone or email. We will guide you through the procedure and the return address. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

For voluntary returns (without defect) — the customer. For returns of defective products — at our expense.

Stock information is visible on each product page. If you have a question, you can contact us for confirmation.

  • Can you help me choose a product?

Of course. If you are hesitant between specific models or are unsure about compatibility — write to us or call us. We will help you choose correctly.

  • Are the products original?

Yes. We work only with established distributors and offer original products with a full manufacturer's warranty.
