Bardahl – Radiator Degreaser

Cooling system (degreasing) cleaner for radiators and cooling systems to remove engine oil. The degreaser is designed to solve problems arising from oil entering the cooling system – engine overheating, cylinder head gasket failure. It can be used with all types of old and new generation engines, as well as with all types of radiators. It is compatible with all types of lubricants and coolants and types of antifreeze (types C, D, universal or specific for a given manufacturer). Recommended by major car manufacturers.

Application advantages

Converts oil into an emulsion, which allows for complete elimination of oil in the most inaccessible places in the cooling system, thoroughly cleans cooling systems, protects hoses and seals from wear and tear, prevents the replacement of expensive spare parts, and enables cooling systems to function at an optimal level.

Method of application, dosage, and frequency of use:

– When the engine is cold, pour one package into the radiator or expansion tank.
Turn on the car's cabin heating system, allow the engine to idle for about 15 minutes. Let the engine cool down, drain the emulsion from the system, and rinse with clean water. Add new lubricant and coolant to the system. One package is sufficient for 10 liters of lubricant and coolant emulsions (antifreeze).

Additional recommendations: we advise replacing the cap in the expansion tank after treatment. We also recommend using Stop Leak (item 14001) to seal small, invisible leaks.
